How it Works


Each section of the 3-Part training is divided into different focus areas to give you a taste of what's possible for you!

You can take the principles and techniques taught in these training lessons into all of the arm balances that you are dying to try.

After going through each part of the training, you're invited to send my team of coaches your progress videos for feedback - we are committed to your success!

Part 1
Foundations &
Crow Pose

In Part 1, we begin by introducing you to The 5 Principles of Arm Balances & Inversions, my signature rules to making every pose possible.

We will then guide you through a strategic warm up, specific designed to prepare your body for Crow Pose (Kakasana).

Once the warm up is complete, I'll break down the pose step-by-step so that you can truly understand the structure and mechanics of the pose, and you can follow along with me - and fly!

You will also learn how to approach a jump-back from Crow to Chaturanga Dandasana.

Part 2
Tripod Headstand & Crow Transition

Similarly to Part 1, in Part 2 we start with the foundational aspects of inversions and continue into a guided, strategic warm up for headstands.

After preparing your body for headstand, I will again break down the structure and mechanics of the pose, specifically focusing on the tripod variation. 

I will also walk you through how to build on what you learned in Part 1, by teaching you how to transition from Crow pose, to Tripod Headstand, and back to Crow pose!

Part 3
Handstands &
Bailing Out

Now that we've covered inversions foundations during Part 2, in Part 3, I will teach you how to mitigate the fear that comes with learning handstands - by learning how to fall out of them safely.

We will do some practice drills, as well as our strategic warm up so that we are all ready to get upside down together!

I'll demonstrate and teach you multiple entries into handstand, as well as tips to kick up at the wall, and without a wall.

You will learn to navigate the entry that feels best in your body right now, and leave with the tips you need to improve.
