Prolonged states of fear and stress can result in many chronic illnesses. And if you didn’t know, chronic illnesses make up more than 80% of the current diseases affecting the global population.

Specifically, teaching us how to take the lessons that we learn on the mat and apply them to our lives in order to live in a more fulfilling and balanced way.
